Just because you don’t live in Miami doesn’t mean you can’t taste the flavor! Let this South Beach inspired grilled chicken recipe will put a little pep in your step. Here’s how.
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
In a tupperware container big enough for your chicken breasts, mix soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and garlic. Completely coat chicken breast in the marinade and store in fridge for 1-2 hours.
On high heat, lightly grease grill with vegetable oil using brush. Tong pieces of chicken onto the grate and grill for about 7 minutes on each side or until cooked. Discard excess marinade in container.
Serve hot with a margarita perhaps?
