Gluten Free Pudding!


It can be tough to beat a chocolate craving. But now you don’t have to. Here’s the recipe for a healthy chocolate pudding alternative.
Ingredients:
2 large avocados – peeled, pitted, and cubed
¼ cup raw cacao powder
1/2 cup agave
1/3 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 pinch ground cinnamon
Directions:
Blend together: avocados, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, brown sugar, and coconut milk using a blender or mixer until silky smooth. Refrigerate pudding for 30 minutes or serve warm. And that’s it!
